1. How does ordering work?
All you need to do is to select a template and its colour theme and place an order. Once we have received your order, we will contact you to arrange all the details. You will not need to know how to build a site or register a domain or any of the jargon that goes with website's. Our team know exactly what to do and will do all the development, registering and managing of your new website for you. Your job is to choose a design, colour and then email us with your photos, text and logo so that we can use them on your new template website website. We do the rest.
To make things even easier if you are from within the Melbourne Metropolitan area we will even come out to your office and fully discuss any and all aspects of your templates and services.
2. Do I need to know how to make a website?
You do not need to know how to make a website. That is the beauty of Hitme Templates. We are professionals that know what makes a site great. Our professional designers and developers will setup your site and make it all work. All of our website are designed a specific way to ensure that they are compatable with Search Engines.
3. What do I need to provide?
If you don't already have a domain name thats OK, we can register and set that up for you. All we we need from you are images, text and a company logo for your chosen template, and then we do the rest. You will be involved every step of the way if you like or we will simply build the site using your images and content and show you when it completed. The choice is yours!
4. I am having difficulties ordering from your website.

5. Is it safe to order online with a credit card on Hitme Templates?
When you place an order online with Hitme Templates, your personal details and credit card information are scrambled using industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology before being sent over the Internet. Credit card transactions are maintained by a company called VeriSign. All information sent to VeriSign is encrypted, which will protect it against disclosure to third parties. When we receive your order, it is kept encrypted until VeriSign is ready to process it.
6. How many pages can I have on my website?
Currently we are offering 4 different templates, where you can select between either 5 pages, 10 pages, 15 pages or 20 pages templates. Additional page for each template is available for an extra fee on request.
7. Can I change the images that are in the templates?
Absolutely! The images you see in the template previews are only examples of what the site will look like. You have the opportunity to provide your own images for each and every page.
8. What is the weird ‘Lorem Ipsum Dolor’ text shown in some of the templates?
‘Lipsum’ is commonly used throughout the design industry as sample text. It is there to give an idea of what the template looks like if it were filled with real content. This example text is deleted and replaced with your text. The pages are re-arranged to an esthetically layout that complements your images and text.
9. Can I update the site myself?
Yes! We will provide you with all the Admin account login details needed to update and maintain the site. We also offer phone, email, fax and sightmax support in educating you in how to update your site. Training is also available for an additional cost on request.
10. Is there a credit card facility that I can have on the templates?
Yes, Depending on the complexity of the requirement you have we are able to create the necessary online credit card forms needed to communicate with Verisign, PayPal or PayMate. We can even put you in touch with the appropriate people at Verisign to arrange an account. The merchant bank facilities you will need to arrange at your perfered bank. Prices for this service start at $450- inc GST.
